These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EZLIFT websites and related online services (the Website). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website is intended for users who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not use the Website or provide any personal information to us.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software and other materials, is the property of EZLIFT or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to view and use the Website for personal or business purposes only. Any other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without our prior written consent.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

By submitting Your Content you represent that you own or are authorized to submit it and that it does not infringe third‑party rights. You grant EZLIFT a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, revocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display Your Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Website and our services. We may remove or refuse to publish any content at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZLIFT and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed INR 50,000 or the amount you paid to EZLIFT in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold EZLIFT harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your submission of content that infringes third‑party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any lawful reason. Termination does not limit any other remedies available to EZLIFT.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Website with the revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
